Let’s Begin

You’re Not Alone
It can be lonely and discouraging to struggle and be in emotional pain. I want you to know that I can journey beside you as you seek better coping, less sadness and worry, and more fulfilling relationships with yourself and others in your life. We can work to find solutions while you are supported in a caring, collaborative space. It doesn’t have to feel this way, and you don’t have to solve this all on your own. It would be my honor to offer you support and skillful counseling on your journey to healing.

To be sure that working with me is the best fit for you, I offer a free 20 minute phone consultation.
Please note that I only offer online video/teletherapy counseling.
$150/55 minutes

Private Pay
I offer counseling to clients for private pay (not through insurance) at the above-listed rate. I can provide a superbill, which is a form or invoice you can send your insurance company for full or partial reimbursement of your counseling cost by your insurance. You are responsible for the cost of your counseling service at the time of service. I accept payment through an online credit, debit, or HSA card.
Insurance
I accept Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield, and United/Optum insurance plans. You are responsible for your insurance co-pay at the time of service. I accept payment through an online credit, debit, or HSA card. Please verify your mental health benefits with your insurance company before seeking a consultation with me. Your insurance company will be able to give you information on your co-pay and any other charges they require.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
● You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
● Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
● If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
